I would argue its more mental problems that are fixable with life changes. If you have an objectively good life and youre depressed its probably more likely from a chemical imbalance than not. This bitch is talking about how no one understands HER and guys arent like HER and everything bad happens to HER and she tries wearing clothes to fit in.. etc etc. Everybody goes through this shit at least for a small part of their life. Its a cry for attention. Her lyrics pretty much prove that. Ive been depressed before and never once have i felt the need for people to pity me. It makes me sick.
