Can't go wrong with either of them. Maid Dragon is the shortest with just 13 episodes. Depends on what kind of show you prefer. Personally Little Witch Academia is my favorite of the 3. Konosuba is just plain fun and Maid Dragon has Kanna.

I'd go Maid Dragon --> Konosuba --> LWA. Mainly because you'll have to wait a week for the final episode of LWA.

Just like anything its entirely possible to find enjoyment in things others do not. Not everyone has the same taste. Its not difficult to watch the first couple of episodes of something to find out if you like it or not instead of taking in useless opinions from shitposters and retards.

People praise Konosuba very highly, I thought it wasn't very funny at all until the second season which is apparently liked less than the first somehow. I still feel like I wasted less of my time than I did watching something like Overlord which takes itself seriously and yet nothing ever fucking happens to advance the plot. I started the TV series of Little Witch a few weeks ago and thought it was okay, but the main character isn't particularly likeable. I've literally only seen the dragon loli posted on imageboards so it reminds me of the obnoxious Umaru craze from 2 years ago and makes me not want to watch it.

I'd vote for Konosuba but you might want to tone down your expectations beforehand because I seriously just don't think it's that funny relative to the praise it gets and it kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth that the author doesn't want to continue the anime even after 2 seasons of huge success. They just consider it an advertisement for the manga whereas if I ever had work that popular I'd love to see it all animated. Reading a comedy just doesn't sound that entertaining to me.
