If he's afraid to enter a bank/mall, call the trade off. Sure it isn't likely he's going to rob your piano, but driving or walking five minutes to a local biz district is convenient and a worthwhile precaution.

You're the seller. You're not bringing the money, the buyer is. I feel like most of these robberies I've read about are a fake seller robbing a buyer or a buyer robbing a seller that is selling something small and easy to move like a laptop, jewelry, collectibles, etc.
