I keep a document of all the things I dislike about myself and ways of changing those things. I organize a list of useful resources and websites and use them. I write what my daily goals are the night before and do them the morning after and then do a monthly report on my progress. This may vary depending on your goals, but I also meditate, read (Meditations my Aurelius atm for me) and listen to at least an album a day. I recommend reading history and politics too.

And, of course, lift. And do a mobility and stretching routine and cardio.
