When you ask a question, but have a statement in the same sentence do you end it with a question mark or period?
Ex: "Why you gotta fight with me at cheesecake you know I like to go there"
>>37840628
It is wrong to say this kind of stuff in one sentence. You would end the question with a question mark and then form a new sentence.
Jesus, I'm not even american, why are you so stupid?
>>37840653
Jesus, I'm not even American. Why are you so stupid?
>>37840653
I'm not Jesus, son.
>>37840653
and why is Jesus stupid just because you're not an American?
That's a run-on, which is not a proper sentence. It should be two sentences.
>>37840628
I would flip the order around.
>You know I like to go to cheesecake, why must you fight with me there?
>>37840672
Jesus, I'm not even American; why are you so stupid?
Don't fear the semicolon my friends, embrace it and use it for its intended purpose.
>>37840877
>Why do you have to fight with me at cheesecake, when you know I like to go there?
>>37840886
ewwww, exit only!
