I talk to myself all the time when I'm alone. Usually I'll say ridiculous shit and make loud exclamations to myself. I've embarrassed myself numerous times by doing this when I thought I was alone even though I wasn't.

All the time. I pretend that I'm someone else talking about myself and how talented and attractive I am. Most times telling imaginary people that I'm cool and explaining what I'm doing etc. It's pretty cringy

I'm always talking to myself in my thoughts, sometimes I argue with myself by playing devil's advocate on one side, and the reasonable one on the other side.

i'm a full-time college student outside of summer working full-time and i talk to myself plenty; it is useful for me to vocalize my thought processes. i've got plenty of lovely friends, i don't do it because i'm lonely or i crave socialization. just do it because i enjoy it and i find it useful

my friends don't find it odd at all if i occasionally slip and think i'm alone, start talking to myself. if i do it at work, usually have to throw some charm on to make the other person confident i'm not a fucking crazy person

actually thinking about it i may get away with this because i have a nice speaking voice- have been told to pursue some work in narration frequently and i do enjoy reading out loud a lot
