No, really. Have the MOST NEGATIVE VIEW on everything. Not negative as in hatred towards that one person, but convincing yourself that that person actually thinks of you as pathetic and just shows affection because thats what a normal person would do in that case

Feels come and go. Nothing different here. Realize that you are not in love with them and if you think you are, listen buddanon, you're really not. The only other thing you can do is wait for the feels to go. I recommend putting your feels energy into bettering yourself as a person.
