You haven't really.

You have reached the point of despair now. Where there is nothing to live for, but the inability to kill yourself means you have to sustain a painless and suffering-less life. Having to do that despite having nothing to live for will drive you insane from the despair of being in such a situation.
It's a solid lock, out of which we can't escape.
