Depends how far you want to go, but if you're reasonably serious and don't care about being manly ever again, then take female hormones. There are guides all over the Internet, I might make a new one, but 50mg if Bicalutamide a day + 4mg of progynova/estradiol will cause skin softening, loss of muscle mass, feminine scent, fat redistribution, female bone growth (if your younger than 18), breast growth and hip rotation and a bunch of other things, if you don't want to be able to use your dick anymore then swap out the bicalutamide for cyproterone acetate and if you want to grow boobs then swap out the progynova for raxliofiene.

Results are often not cable after 1 month, but for serious results, 6 months to year us required, and it can take up to 5 years for the results to finalise

Aside from HRT there's also voice practicing, where you train your voice to sound like a girls (HRT won't do this for you) and then there's girls clothes abs that's basically it, you can also go femboy if you don't want to go full trap mode tho
