It was pretty bland, I sun bathed for a good ten minutes and went out to eat, went back home and masturbated. I want to have sex with some hottie here before I leave back to home country.

Also I want to start making music, which was inspired by a robot music thread and a new radicals song I was listening too.

I think I might be becoming a bit depressed again, started to just lay around and do nothing again.

Also when I go back to home country I am planning to hitup this old buddy of mine and take her on a date since I just got my drivers license. Would be nice to get a gf while I'm not really doing anything with my life anyways.

I caught a spider by putting a soda cap over it and using the paper under it thing to put it somewhere not in my room, I think I put it in some closet.
Later while mindlessly fiddling with my desk I put the cap in my mouth without thinking.
I mean the spider was gone but it was still really fucking gross

Im just kinda scared I, having this kinda chest pressure and dull pain in my left arm or upper back right where the shoulder blade tip is. My breathing kinda gets tough and constricted. When I worry it gets worse but if I go out and walk or just talk with friends it goes away. Its really at night when I lay down and I know it always happens then so Im always dreading the night and it also happens at specific spots of my house. If I really panic it kinda gets trembles and palpitations and I have to calm down. Weird thing is I had this exact feeling last year, I got an EKG and a heart checkup and everything and they said I was perfectly fine and then it just went away. Like the moment they told me everything was ok it just went away. Now its coming back at kinda the same time.

It sounds kinda like an anxiety attack, but desu I've never had one. So maybe see a therapist or another doctor if it gets too bad.

Been a pretty relaxing Sunday morning so far. I have a few things to do around the house this afternoon before getting ready to wage away tomorrow
