Yes my posture is terrible. I'm trying to do stretches to fix it but it's a slow process. Forward neck, hunched shoulders, forward hips.
If I self correct my posture it feels very stiff and uncomfortable

Yeah. Even sitting up straight makes my back hurt. Does anyone have any good resources they could recommend for this kind of stuff?

My knees and probably feet are fucked so I walk in a way that my spine is straight its just that im always leaning back and people have commented on it and i fucking hate it. also i kick my feet out for every step which people also notice

I can walk straight and sit properly, but it always feel uncomfortable. Whem I'm by myself (most of the time) I either lay on my bed or sit down hunched.
