It is, but I would suggest watching videos, trying out on a parents car in a parking lot etc. Get A LOT of practice before taking a test, or hell even buying lessons.

Pretty easy. When I first started driving, I kept my back straight with both hands on the wheel, waited until the street was COMPLETELY clear to cross, left my phone in the other seat and kept my eyes on the road at all time. Now I lean all the way back, periodically rest my eyes with one finger on the wheel while also shitposting on 4chan and crossing the road anytime I want because I don't really give a shit if I get hit.
