I've been feeling like this lately. When my mind slows down during the process of falling to sleep, a lot of negative thoughts flood in, then I'll have them through the night when I wake up, and also in the morning. I think I'm depressed but it helps to just get the fuck out of the bed and get the day started. Take a piss, wash your face, drink a couple glasses of water, get some sunlight and do shit. Also take care of your appearance and hygiene. Treat yourself like a person that you love, even if you don't feel it. If you're unhappy about something in your life, sit down and formulate ways to work on it, even if it's just a small baby step. Do something. Be moving forward every day.

Same here, anon. I work 5 days a week(I sleep at work, we have a sleeping unit). But when I'm at home I just can't help but cry every night... I can't look at the mirror and feel anything but disgust.
