It happens very rarely but i basically go SSJ when i'm really fucking frustrated/angry. Not shouting, just kind of growling.

when i was younger and i got too nervous i would bite my arms as hard as i could to calm down. after i graduated school i haven't had to do it as much since my life is less stressful and i am no longer around people all the time.

When I get really angry I tense up, punch walls and/or throw shit around. Physical violence also happens if someone's in the crossfire, or if that's the person that caused the shit.

Here's a little story of how I realized I had anger problems.

>league's popular among the school kids.
>playing with classmates
>i main jungle
>normie chad classmate won't leash me despite being a top laner
>mid laner won't leash either
>get pissed off and leave, rage.
>next day at school
>when I got off the bus, I ran towards the table in the corner where we usually chilled before class
>looked for the retards
>only saw the top laner, sitting with two others
>took the top laner and hauled his ass outside, went berserk on him
>a handful of classmates watched, two teachers came up to me and pulled me from him after I pounded his cunt face in
>expelled for a week

That was about four years ago, been meditating and keeping my composure so far to keep my anger quelled. I still main jungle though.

Yeah I have full blown autism meltdowns where I throw shit around and start hitting inanimate objects or myself. It's like I enter berserker mode, it's a good thing I don't target other people when I get like this or I'd go to jail.
