skinnyfag here, losing weight is still pretty fucking hard. people seriously underestimate it.

The difficulty between either losing or gaining weight is that you have to massively change your diet schedule, and it's hard for your body to get used to it. If I eat 3 meals a day, I feel fucking sick to my stomach like I'm gonna vomit
