Question: When I get scared of something, like my mom coming home early or almost getting into an accident, my heart drops and I get light headed. My whole body has the shakes and my arms get super weak. And this feeling persists even when I know the threat has passed. What is that? I don't get the sense of doom that a lot of anxiety sufferers talk about, but I can't seem to explain it.

It happened to me on the Staten Island Ferry when I was visiting New York and all of a sudden my heart raced up to like 150BPM. I ended up checking into an Emergency Room later that day but by then it had dropped down to 90

This shit sucks. Everytime I remember about anything that worries me (debt, problems, etc) it gets bad. Insomnia, gets harder to breathe, heart beats faster, etc.
Went to a doctor once when I couldn't take it anymore and he gave me some pills. It was OK while I took them, only being sleepy all the time and having zero libido that sucked, so I just cut that shit.
