The reason you're all virgins is because there is a massive surplus of men.
Although intuitively, you'd think the genders would be split 50/59, they're not. In pretty much every city of every country, young men great outnumber the women. By a lot.
Adding to this problem, monogamy isn't really working anymore as women have found they can do whatever they want and still find a loser with no options who will eventually settle.
The only way out of this problem is a mass culling of men, until the balance is 30% men, and 70% women. Yes this will force men to have multiple wives, but men are not hypergamous like women, and can love many at the same time.

If you look at raw statistics in Russia, it looks like there's more women there too.
But the problem is when you filter for ages <35, men are the disproportionate majority everywhere.

that's a different distribution though. there's more women on average in any society because women live longer on average, so when you get into the older age brackets they become more and more female.

This is not true though that's the crazy thing. There are millions of young men in jails and prisons, homeless, killing themselves through suicide, through car crashes, through dangerous jobs, through murder.
Nothing makes sense.
