hey, can you help me? how do i become motivated to do something? i can barely get up or take showers just because i don't feel like it. i want to become somebody, but not enough to the point where i actually try to do it.

Go through the motions until you don't have to anymore

I forced myself to work on my goals until one day it became habit, and I was good enough at it then to enjoy it.

Of course life got in the way for a bit but it passes as long as you get back on the horse
