Ok, I've got a weird condition. I don't even know what it is. But my lower stomach sticks out like a hard pooch. No matter how strict my diet is and how much I exercise I get, this happens.

I am positive it's not fat either. It's some sort of inflammation in the intestines. I'm being sent to a GI specialist next month and I hope they can figure it out. But it makes me so insecure. I'm terrified of having sex for this reason mainly.

By the way, this isn't me in the pic. This is a picture I stumbled upon in a forum of someone else experiencing a similar issue.

I have some bacne + pectus carinatum (looks like the opposite of excavatum, my chest sticks out) and bad posture and I don't care and neither does anyone else when I go swimming.
The only thing that ever happens is that people ask why my chest sticks out, but nobody is mean about it.
Also, most young people (especially guys) have bacne.

You may be surprised but the cure to the problem that stops you from wanting to thane your shirt off is to.......take your shirt off. I had the same problem (bacne across my shoulders) and sitting topless in the sun or at lesser getting some fresh air to your back should help. Try using a loofah on your back when you shower as well.
