The topical lotions/creams are supposed to reduce size, but from my experience, the extent of their effectiveness is limited. If you have really bad gyno, it can make it look a lot better. It's the cheapest of your options too.

I never personally underwent the suction surgery, so I don't know how much it costs. However, I am friends with several people who did go through it. Their breasts looked normal for about a year, maybe more, but some of them eventually started to regain their fat around the breast area.

Surgery cost about $3.5k for me, and my insurance covered some of it.

If you want it to be gone for good, your best bet is surgery. It won't ever come back.

Back to the creams. I would try them at first. Who knows, you might be one of the lucky ones and have your size reduced drastically, maybe even to the point where it isn't even recognizable that you have gyno. You can also try cutting out as much sugar from your diet as you can. One guy told me that it worked for him.
