>Apply to every single job opening within a 10 mile radius
>Not even an interview

>Get an interview
>The interviewer is Paco who only hires other mexicans
>job tells me to bring resume
>forget just as I'm about to get out of the car I left it at home
>too embarrassed to even go in
>>37737774
I know that feel.
It's really disheartening when you put in all that effort to apply for everything and don't even get a call or e-mail back saying you weren't successful.
>apply to one job
>get interview and eventually job
>quit or fired within 2 months
>repeat
>work in a bank for 2 years
>quit because i hate it
>spend the next 5 years at home playing VIDEO GAMES
>decide i want to try getting a job, again
>get interviews for literally 50% of the jobs I apply to because of my experience of working in a bank
You guys just need something to make you stand out.

I am following this pattern with unerring accuracy.
oh boy
>hand my cv in person
>don't hear anything back
>look for a job
>see pleb entry level position
>states you need 2 years experience minimum.
also
>see small office janitor job
>has a 2 page of selection criteria
>need Advanced diploma in Mop operations.

>cashier/front end clerk at grocery store near me recommends 2-5 years experience
why
>>37738247
More business need to train people from the ground up.
>>37738215
I hate it when they pull that experience bull shit. How the fuck are you going to get experience if everyone requires it?
>>37738581
oh that's simple, just get it by not working like they expect you to, nothing complicated at all.
>>37737774
>5 interviews and not one job offer
2 of them were unpaid too.
>>37738215
>>37738247

90% of the time when a job posting says "2 years minimum experience required" it's lying.
Get a fancy enough looking resume and good interviewing skills and you can get a job.
If you aren't getting interviews at all then your resume probably isn't getting past the automated filters. Look up how to design them so it does.
Stretch the truth to it's absolute limit but do not lie. Being found out as a liar will automatically disqualify you from any position that requires trust.
>finally get good accounting job after 7 months of searching
>high school tier drama permeates the work place, instigated by women
no matter how far you get on the totem pole life is stupid bullshit
>>37737774
>apply to one job
>never worked a day in my life, 22
>long hair and a beard
>get hired immediately
God damnit I wanted to stay NEET. How the fuck do you go from leaving your house a handful of times in four years to a full time job?
>Spend a year out of work
>Running short on savings
>Convinced I'll never get hired because I have no real skills or qualifications
>Apply online for a few local jobs
>Interviews everywhere, get offered a job at the first one I go to and have to keep turning others down
I have no idea how this happens. I'm a fat ugly manlet, live in my parents house and have pretty much no social life or hobbies and I get offered a job every time I apply.

You just do it, don't think about it, you have to accept that shit has changed
