I watched a video about Hikkikomori (Japanese NEETs) and the guy they were talking to made a small model car in a 48 hours, it was described to actually function with an engine, a driving shift and a roof you could take off.
He made this with things from around the house and no actual tools, literally plastic and paper.
Find something to do.
In another thread a NEEt talked about a green house he was working on.

Make sure to use it for the fullest, I didn't. Those two years i was a neet is just a fog of time, were i can't tell any difference of what i did those days, except playing vidya and watching chinese cartoon. 3 years late, i kinda regret it, even if i was"happy"
