Don't forget that those jobs are the bottom net. They were never meant for you to be there for ten years and counting. Does that excuse the harsh treatment? No. But that is what happens if you lift people with poor social skills into management positions. It happens everywhere, not just in the fast food industry.

I work security over a constructions storage yard, basically permanent gig, and all I gotta do is write hourly "reports", basically one or two sentences, and do basically whatever I want.
And I get paid $16 an hour, and I can get more if I get my firearm and license in two weeks.
Basically get paid to read books and chill

Pass a background test, fingerprints, a drug test, and in texas you have to do a short course/test to get licensed, I passed it all first try, wouldn't say it was too hard.
Maybe be fit, able to run, good handwriting is not required but helps.

All that depends if the security firm is hiring of course
