Yeah I keep a journal, but I have a really hard time controlling my dreams. My arms keep freezing in place and things don't really obey me. I was an inch from pulling the pants off some dream Stacy and she sank into the floor and disappeared

I practice reality checks throughout the day and set an alarm that will wake me up after 5 or so hours of sleeping. Then I mull around for 10 or so minutes and go back to bed while thinking of becoming lucid while dreaming. The thing that helps the most is keeping a dream journal.

I don't have sick fantasies, but I sometimes accidentally become aware I'm dreaming and can control the dream. I've only kissed girls, jumped off a building to see how it would feel, also fly and boring shit like that.

whenever i have a lucid dream i just dream of killing myself then i nd up waking up :^)
