>want to be Chad
>become /fit/
>can't find pants my size and when I do they last only a couple of months
>shirts look either short, or small or like dresses
>can't cross my arms because it looks like I'm trying to push my biceps out (back to hands in pockets)
>haven't talked to a single non-related female in 5 years, since I began lifting
>haven't made a single gym friend (friend enough to go out with)

You cannot stop being a beta just because you lift.

78kg

height bro?s
origonslss
I only decline and incline bench
My max on the incline is around 100kg
On the decline I do 120 and on the days I feel good 130 for one rep
79kg bodyweight

175cm. The perfect height.
>>37707706
Don't do decline, learn how to arch instead. You can also arch on the incline to lift more. If you don't lift the ass it isn't cheating.

Why shouldn't I do decline?
>>37708602
Off the top of my head:
1.- More dangerous
2.- Flat is the gold standard (it's even in the [special] olympcs)
3.- Basically the same movement as properly arched flat bench
4.- Looks gay
5.- No "leg drive", less tightness in general
Is there any point in lifting if you're fat? I need a new autism hobby to kill time

you best be female anon
>>37708892
Yes. Fat is an advantage for making gains.
Don't get your hopes too high about aesthetics though. Some physiques are ruined irreparably.
>>37708964
I honestly just want to be able to carry more groceries and get my PC to LAN parties with less effort.
>>37708892
There is always a point.
Just eat veggies, meat and or fish.
I've been eating like this for like 5 months and lost 15 kg
