I had a fun time volunteering at the special olympics as you basically just point autistic and disabled people to the event they are supposed to go, plus, free lunch. You pop in, they give you some jobs that need filling, you sign a contract that means about 30% of your earnings goes back to them in exchange for work and a possibility of actually being hired which never happens because they'd have to start paying you an actual wage.
