Yesterday I had to turn on a noisy fan to be able to sleep.

I don't know where this is coming from, I generally don't have tinnitus or at least I rarely notice it. Maybe I kept the headphones on high volume a lot, I'm not going to be using headphones anymore.

I'm probably going to an ENT next week, maybe I have an infection or something. I also get cracking on my mandibular joint and I felt pain behind the ears in the past so who knows.

My tinnitus comes and goes

There are times when it is loud as fuck and feels like there is an alarm near me

Other times when it is non existant like now. There is no ringing whatsoever

Is this tinnitus or brain cancer?

Are cotton buds ok to clean ears?

Are the dangers a meme?

Is it normal to have background ringing? It's the only way i can describe it. To me, the sound of silence has a very subtle ringing to it; sometimes it is more noticeable than others. Is it just the air moving around me, or do i have tinnitus? I've had it for as long as i can remember
