Dude he didn't even do shit after he fused with nail and synched with kame, it was like show filler to lead to a cliff hanger for super saiyan level increase until they look like mega body builder chad, by the time cell showed up they might as well of killed him off. Then it was even more saiyan levels like okay we get it you're hair style got longer that doesn't make you any better at kung fu

I can't believe people think krillin is the best character, he's an incel that ended up with a sex robot. Even when he gets dragon balls and can make any wish he wants. Piccolo can at least shoot out some eggs and have some kids instead of having an expensive toy doll for a gf.

Piccolo is the only character who spends literally all his time training, even more than Goku.

Frankly I drink a lot and I've kinda teared up a bit at how much character development Vegeta has had. It was very touching to see him actually treat Future Trunks like his son. Defend Bulma from Beerus and feeling like a champion changing his new daughters diaper. He even refused to leave to train because Bulma hadn't delivered yet.

Nobody has had as much character development. He's made huge strides and is actually a great father and a better husband than Goku.

Vegeta even got cucked enough he swallowed his pride to lie to Trunks about Freiza being a good guy. Can you imagine how that much have made him feel?

Great thread OP. When I was like 4-5 my mom made me a cape out of an old white blanket, and I would wear it all the time, and shout "special beam cannon" and pretend to be Piccolo. Piccolo jr really used to be my favorite character. I completely lost interest in him after the frieza, and moved onto Future Trunks for some reason.

Vegeta turned out alright, he was a pompous dickhead and most of his advancement was just shouting about his entitlement and trying to outdo goku. I always figured radidtz was going to get brought back and have that sort of character development rather than vegeta so it was a bit of a surprise.

I only seen a few episodes of dragon ball. I think KP died, shot off his eggs and technically it's him still but not quite. Been a lot of years since I seen it so I don't remember 100%.

Piccolo is the best character but DBZ dropped the ball. In Dragonball, Piccolo was a demon. He was Kami's evil manifested in a living form and was irredeemable. He was rejected and against all odds, still survived to rival Goku in power.

Then in DBZ instead of being a pure evil being who overcomes adversity, he's just an alien from some shitty planet.
