You'll get a huge fine, have to go to a few classes (with some extremely sketchy people) and have your license suspended for up to a year.

Stay out of trouble and you'll be fine. Not having a car sucks but for God sakes don't drive while suspended or you will do jail time if caught

I was smoking weed on the sidewalk just outside of my house like the fucking retard that I was, on my way to class and a cop car magically appeared out of nowhere and pretty soon I was handcuffed on the floor with another cop car pulled up and about 4 or 5 cops all standing around me alternating between good and bad cops.

I had the one joint obviously, something like 6 grams of weed, a grinder, a pipe, a thing of Salvia and also a big old knife on me.

Literally all the charges were dropped and my record was wiped because I was a good boy and it was my first offense. I finally understood the meme of "white privilege". The worst that happened was that my parents found out about it and I had to pay a fine for having the knife on me which I guess wasn't really criminal.

I mean, rape does happen, but homosexuality in prison is actually really looked down upon, and gay guys regularly get assaulted in prison.

I never personally witnessed a rape, but I did see a "victim" coming out of the restrooms. He was all beaten and bruised, and his ass area on his boxers were stained with blood.

You will go to jail for 3 days. Probably get fucked with by the inmates because you are a short timer and most of them are in jail waiting for sentencing for much worse crimes.

I went for the same thing and I was one of two white guys in my pod. I didn't have any real issues because my cell mates were cool but the other white guy took constant shit. Being locked in a room all alone with 3 ghetto blacks isn't a fun time. I heard him getting roughed up and crying all three nights I was there.

I've been arrested 4 or 5 times. It's shitty, but most of my friends have done years in prison so you really should be grateful you only have one DUI.

In Minnesota, there are two prisons like that both maximum security. Minimum is actually pretty comfy.

No. The only time when you should actually fight someone in prison is if they call you a bitch or try to "punk" you out, which, if you keep to yourself, won't actually happen a lot.

Federal prison is a lot more chill and laid back than county jail, since most of the guys in there have been there for several years and become accustomed to prison life.

Gangs in prison are by race. Blacks hang with blacks and whites with white, etc.

Not particularly, but even if you're not a gang, it's is best advisable to stick to your own race in prison.

If you're a white boy, hang out with the white guys, even if they're white supremacists. You don't necessarily have to become a peckerwood, but just stay close with other whites.

I spent 3 days in jail for rape, what happened was had xgf thought she was good we had sex that night arrested for raping her turns out she did false claim on me and said I raped her for thinking I was cheating on her and I wasnt, she got a week in jail community service and bunch of fines going through a lawsuit with her atm I hope she dies

Essentially some cunt said I tried to slit his throat. In these situations the victim always gets the benefit of the doubt and I think that's the best way to do it. However, it did get me put on bail for 6 months with the condition that I couldn't leave my house without an approved escort.
