The problem isn't women, I shit you not it's social media. Social media for women is like pornography for men, it's fucking damaging because it's instant gratification. What happens in men's minds when watching porn is literally the exact same thing that happens in women's minds when they get a "like" or a "repost" on their FB, twitter, or instagram. It's damaging and google/social media know it's addictive, they're literally selling addiction to people knowing they'll buy into it. It's a complex issue and I'll probably let my inner /pol/ack out when I talk about it but the short of it is Social Influences and Natural Human Nature both intentionally and unintentionally affecting men and women differently causing this great divide. Now first let's go over biology, most Men have certain traits like strength, courage, leadership, and logic. Not that women don't have any of these traits but they don't have them(or understand them) the same way men generally do, they are more emotional, cultural, beautiful, useful, and (in a way) a resource. We understand these thing on a primal/biological level that predates history and our own evolution, Mean want to have manly traits and excel at them while women want to be valued by these "higher value men"/Strong men(not just physically strong but mentally, looks strong, and don't put up with her shit) and to do so they try to up their own "value" through multiple means like using make-up to make themselves more beautiful, learning skills to be more useful, and living up to moral standards to be more culturally relevant.

Now that last part is very important as if you change what they feel is and is not "culturally relevant" you can change their perception on many different topics, like what is right and wrong. Normally women go to the community,especially "strong men" in or outside of said community, to seek what is "right and wrong" in their group/tribe/city but now with TV and mass communication they have a new "community" telling them what's right and wrong while also having this primal and natural instinct to follow what they are told. This also lends into them being much more vulnerable to socially engineering/conditioning.

Also to note is that men will bond over a rivalry if they have respect for each other, women, these days, just seem to have "frenemies".

Now if you remove these all male groups and force them to include women, it's harder for young men to let go of thinking about sexual selection for even a moment while also denying them a chance to understand and value themselves as men as other men see them. Women kinda have this problem too but they naturally see themselves as "valuable" as they are a "resource" and don't want to feel less valuable by judging themselves against how other women see them and thus try to avoid their standards and shame, which is the failure to live up to a standard. Women will cause shit to test men to see if they are strong, this is a natural woman instinct if they feel they have too much power the the men around them don't exert enough strength(one reason I think so many women have rape and BDSM fantasies as they are dreaming of a strong man to take them) this also makes her feel more valuable as it shows her who will listen to her and who will submit to her whims.

In these cases men need to not put up with their shit and let them know this will not be tolerated as this shows the man's value, but we now have weak men as they never had a all male group to find this strength, TV tells them they need higher paying jobs(another sign of strength) and act out with power and get upset when no man has power to put them in their place. This is kinda the reason you have sayings like "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" but you don't have one like that about men, as men will compromise at some point but a woman can and will be spiteful forever.

TL;DR: women want to be put into their place, men want to be strong and put them in their place. Mass media and some institutions are telling us we are bad for following our natural urges.
