Nobody generally will notice you lift if you're not skinny when you're going for the gains. If you're on a bulk or starting off with a high body fat people will just think you're fat. It'd be like if they seen a football line backer or something, real big dude probably has insane lifting stats, but people won't see past the fat. I been skinny, and I been fat. Got noticed a lot more that I lift when I was a stick, didn't get a mention of it when I was twice that size since I had a gut to match.

I'm lifting for 3 years, I am 24, I'm 1,86 m and I currently weight 84 kg. My stats are: 190 kg deadlift, 130 kg squats, 115 kg bench press.

But on the downside:
I live at home (move out in August in a student flat)
I'm a bit older than the average student in the 2nd semester
I have a low self esteem

Might be a strange question, but do you have neurodermatitis and do you use cortisone? I had the same problems (crying after I went from places with many people in it) because I used cortisone anoint since the neurodermatitis came up in my puberty (so from 13 to 23 basically), I stopped using it a year ago and now I don't have any crying attacks anymore and since I stopped eating bread or anything other stuff with wheat or sugar in it even the neurodermititis goes back.

Try to get insurance they'll probably have a shrink in their network you could go to. Personally I tend to avoid other people that are into weight lifting since drug abuse is rampant and I don't want to fall in with that crowd. Really just consider that a shrink would probably help you out more while pursuing your gains than just trying to lift through it. If you did make other friends while weight lifting, not likely I don't know anyone that makes friends at gyms it's not 1970's anymore, with drug abuse being a pretty big thing, they might not necessarily have their own head on quite right. You know what I mean.

yeah, some guys have tried to sell me drugs/roids at the gym. I'm too broke to buy for them anyways, so at least I don't have to deal with temptation. I am of course very weak willed and tend to fall into addictions easily. Also part of the reason why I'm reluctant about seeing a shrink. I'm afraid I'll end up seeing a psychiatrist, get some pills prescribed, and become totally addicted to them the moment I start noticing they make me feel better. But yeah, I should probably try to get professional help for my mind/brain. They say that working out helps with depression, but I don't think I'm depressed. Just extremely anxious all the time.
