Is anyone else here just tired CONSTANTLY?
I slept a good amount but I was tired all day even though I drank coffee, I even fell asleep at work for two hours on the couch, and I'm home now struggling to even keep my eyes open. Its like this every day. What do?
I have a lot of stuff I want to do, but I just don't have the energy.

exercise more or ask a doc

Probably low testosterone
>>37637323
>slept a good amount
How many hours?
>>37637323
you fell for the coffee meme
Exercise more. Hell, just walk a couple of miles a day.

I bike to work normally, but maybe I should start swimming again or something.

I slept 9 hours or so last night. I normally sleep around that much.
>>37637352
Sometimes it helps for a bit, sometimes it doesn't even help. Either way I always crash at some point.

this
take an hour eveyr day to walk at least 3 mi

Do you have anemia op?
>>37637323
>no coffee in the morning, not within 3 hours of waking up, it'll fuck with your chemicals and make more tired for the rest of the day
>when you wake up, get up, for good
>do some push-ups or other physical activity right after getting up
>when you nap, hold your keys or something in your hand, when you wake up from the noise of dropping them, the nap is over
>>37637386
how old are you?

Idk maybe.

I drank coffee around 2 or so, so not around when I woke up. I'll try doing some push ups when I wake up tomorrow.

26 in two weeks.

Go deadlift, squat, bench press, etc. As a beginner your CNS will be shocked like a motherfucker and make your body crash desperately to begin recovery. Three times a week with increasing numbers guarantees deep sleep, better mental health, and better health overall.
If you pair that with a good nighttime bowl of weed every once in a while you'll wake up 14 hours later wondering what the fuck happened
>>37637323
>drinking coffee
yea you should probably stop that if you have problems with not having enough energy
unless you have some sort of medical conditions its likely due to poor nutrition, inactivity, or dehydration
>>37637433
Drink a coffee before you take a nap op. You'll wake up refreshed
>>37637323
Go for sleep testing. I'm getting my test results on Monday.
Maybe you have a vitamin D deficiency. It basically makes you tired all the time. I used to have it untill I took these tablets and then I just literally woke up.

I'm going to look into it, thanks for the tip.
Sounds like me.
Exercising is gay, don't listen to these fags, OP.
You should get check for sleep apnea or sleep walking.

I have the same problem. Tired all the fucking time.
About 4pm every day I get extreme fatigue and have to sleep for 2 hours.
Stress, diet are possible causes.
