I hated it but I would give anything to go back to it now. With knowledge I have now I could've easily become a chad.

That wouldn't work
I would go back to being 5'2" and chubby with a squeaky voice. I also talked really fast. Maybe you could avoid some situations, but once the cool kid sets his sights on you, you're fucked.
