>eventually one video comes up that makes me laugh so hard i almost choke on my pasta
>begin violently laughing and crying at the same time
>tears rolling down my face
>after a few seconds i feel like im genuinely crying not from laughter but actually crying
>eventually stop crying and feel really weird like somethings wrong with me

what does this mean
have i really reached such a low point in my life that i begin genuinely crying (possibly from sadness?) while laughing?
