Tekkit or tekkit lite please. Last two /r9k/ servers I played on had it, and was great fun. Some people could mess around with the magic stuff, others with the technology, and some just stayed vanilla. A lot of fun when the server players ended up forming into groups based around what items they liked to use, like the magic town and the tech town.

Cool thanks, I'd just like a lightly modded server. Nothing too outlandish like altnernate dimensions and space stations, but not just plain vanilla either.

I haven't played in a long time but the last time I did was on an /r9k/ server, and I think it used just Tekkit Lite, which had a little bit of magic, a little bit of tech/machines, and some expanded tools and weapons. Not sure if things have changed (I'm sure they have, it's been years) but some sort of plugin along those lines would be great, just a few neat additions to spice things up, not radically change the game.

I think that the original configuration was closer to what was best. Islands too far apart are a major inconvenience, and if you don't have a boat at all times, it is very difficult to move about the map.

Maybe make it *slightly* farther apart than before, but please not too much.
