It is. I've been doing it for a few months now and just got two long term bookings...both being a couple of months long, both totaling out to about 5-6k. I usually just do short ones though since those are pretty good too

My tip is to keep your price decent. Don't get greedy, there are probably plenty of other people offering in your town. Besides, the lower your cost the longer people will book with you anyway which gives you more money for pretty much doing nothing.

Make your place look and smell as nice and fresh as possible, throw in a mini-fridge, microwave and a keurig, keep them supplied on water bottles, keep soap/disposable toothbrushes/other hygiene things out in the bathroom for them, give them a bathrobe and towel aand just buy new sheets every once in a while if you get long term bookings.
Also, never accept people who try to negotiate with you off site. Its fucking risky and will probably just get you into trouble. Do everything on site only to ensure you get your payment with no trouble.

Oh, and allow pets if you want qt grills to stay (actually have a nurse staying with me right now with a huge dog-they usually bring dogs).
