don't go for an actual publisher. unless you are selling superheroes or garfield strips. nobody in the west actually wants to read manga-like comics. instead make it a webcomic.

I actually like it. I know nothing about publishing companies but I would expect you'd need to clean up your lines, and color it at least though. Can't say much else without knowing the actual story though
