I sometimes get a notion of something being off and it sends me into a panic for what could last for over an hour. It's always triggered by being alone and by where I am in the house. Even if I'm dead tired I'll force myself to stay up until the sun comes out... I'm in my 30s.

Honestly, I have no idea. I figured if I were a schizo I'd have attacks like that more often. It usually happens once every couple of months or so. Very far spread out. Usually starts with the feeling of not being alone, then a cold chill then it all goes downhill from there. Life can be real scary sometimes.

Yes, after reading that stupid ass mkultra garbage I didn't feel safe anywhere and instead of wearing off like the EAS fear it was constant

Eventually I just bought some plywood and nailed it up, it made me feel a lot safer and I was able to take it down last week
