gonna have to start eating more m88. I was 5'5" for the longest time but now I sort of tip 5'6" even with shoes off but definitely with soles on.
I was ~135lbs for the longest time and would be proud whenever I would tip to the 140s and joke to myself.. "getting up chubby heh heh, we're going to make it ;__;"

then recently either my metabolism began to shift and drastically slow down or I have found the right combination of alcohol, cereal, WHOLE MILK, and other proteins/vegetables that I consume and I started to go up into 150 all the way to where I am at right now 5'6" 155lbs!

I have gone up and down 154, 154.5, 156 you know how weight shifts around but if I could make it to 160 and maintain that then we would be in real business
