As for focusing, I suggest shutting down your computer and have nothing else that can distract you, the only thing you should be looking at is your study material.
If you do need your computer, do the same, have nothing be your study material in front of you, close all non-essential tabs and get to work.
Don't forget to set goals for yourself, have a something you like to get out of studying in mind to make studying more worth it.
Having a schedule also helps and remember to follow it strictly.
