I did it for 2 months it didn't really do anything.

Instead I went to the gym 7 days per week and fapped everyday and that made me feel much better desu

Tried it a couple of different times, about a month each time. It sucked the first week, gained a lot of energy the later weeks, but each ended due to the same reasons. I used to fap to a lot of degenerate shit, especially sissy shit. I've noticed that during the month of no fap after a while I would get feelings of dysphoria. So I would go back to fapping and the feelings would go away.
Now I'm just in a battle of what the fuck is wrong in my head while fapping to make sure I don't do anything stupid.

The nofap thing is just a big meme OP, it makes you feel anxious all the time and you will get a boner when a roastie touches you. IMO it's not worth, also the normalfags on leddit don't consider sex as masturbationso they actually cheat a lot on this crap. I usually fap once every three day.
