I tried and failed to not eat any carbs today. I'll try again tomorrow, I really wish my family would stop buying such nice food.

You realize that not eating regularly will only encourage binge eating and storage of fat. Not to mention the considerable muscle loss that occurs makes you look worse. Just eat extra protein.

Unless you commit to starving yourself, the only thing you will do is get fatter. By telling your body you don't have access to nutrition, you encourage your body to store more fat in case you need it for when you're starving yourself again

Also I tried that for like 6 years and it's only good for maintaining the weight you're at, not losing it.
