For a week, i have been watching my diet. Eating healthy and i gained 1,5 fucking lbshit.

I doubt OP would bother with running and even if he does he probably won't do enough to burn a lot of calories. Eating one meal less means cutting off of 400-500 calories which is a lot. You lose 2kg a month if you can maintain two meals a day.

Having a 1-2kg variance is normal. That's the weight of your poo. That being said, eating healthy wont make you lose weight if you still eat a lot.

It's not just calories. You could eat 2000 calories of chocolate and still gain a ton of weight. Why? Because it contains a fucking ton of fat, if you aren't also monitoring carbs, fat/saturated fat and protein with the calories then your diet is worthless. Come up with a real diet that gets you at least your daily protein, preferably a bit more with as little fat as possible. Start doing cardio and bodyweight exercises to start, there are plenty of pushup/sit up plans that can get you to 50 in relatively little time. Swimming is another great way to lose weight and if you do it often enough you'll grow a bit taller too.
