No it wasn't, kid. I remember when that came out. The cooler thing about it was that it was smaller than the older game boy, and you didn't have that fucking weirdo accessories like lights to be able to play it in the dark. It made sega handhelds look like a fucking brick in size. Those things were really easy to under appreciate. Stuff developed so fast in the 2000's
