Why am I so fucking hungry all the time??? I'm a fat fuck trying to lose weight (been tracking my calories in MFP) but it seems like even immediately after eating I'm still hungry.
Did I fuck up my stomach by getting so fat or something?

Maybe something drastic has to happen to you to change your eating habits.
>lose career job
>hello darkness my old friend
>live in apartment alone doing nothing except lazily applying for jobs and lurking Vietnamese basket weaving imageboards
>food doesn't matter anymore when life is bleak
>down ten pounds from two months ago despite becoming much less physically active

you should eat a lot at once and then exercise to burn all those food, works well for me
i know your pain OP
i ate 5000 calories yesterday and could have easily kept going, the only thing that stopped me was that i got tired and went to bed. i woke up and continued, been awake 3 hours and have had 3300 calories already
maybe getting on food stamps was a mistake
Just become lazy.
Ive only been having 1 medium sized meal/day because I'd rather watch youtube and anime after class and homework...end me now

Yep. The stomach will stretch over time.

Try eating consistently, i.e. every 3-4 hours. Spread your meals over the day.
This is my eating schedule:
Morning:
Oats, tuna
Noon:
4 slices bread
Afternoon:
3 slices bread
Evening 1st meal:
Potatoes, veggies, cottage cheese
Evening 2nd meal:
2 slices
.
That being said, I am not hungry throughout the day. Not a single time. I simply eat to provide my body with energy needed.
Why do you eat? After answering this question on an emotional level, try really anwering this question.
Why do you eat? What is the reason that you eat? Will it provide you with anything? Will it instill discipline? Will it perhaps one day set you free?
See you in the /sig/ on /fit/

It's because eating is a coping/anxiety reducing mechanism just like smoking or drinking. If you'd find other source of happiness then you wouldnt need that much food in the first place.

This. There's surgery to solve it too. You'll feel full on very little afterwards.
You probably just don't eat enough calories per day on average. I'm not memeing here.
I maintain a lean 83kg on 3000 calories/day, I only lift 3 times per week. I'm NEVER hungry.
Your hunger will be fucked up if you have inconsistent caloric intake eating 1500 calories, then 2500 calories, then 5000 calories, then 1500 calories. Y
ou need to eat the same everyday, and a good amount.
Eat foods that are filling but low in calories

I started eating healthier and it significantly reduced my appetite. I guess now that my body is actually getting nutrients it won't ask for more.

So water is the ideal food?

Because you use food as a way to cope with your depression, or in worse cases in a way to punish yourself because you believe you don't deserve to be happy.
