Neither are morally bad and are simply part of nature. That said, from a normie standpoint, fucking a female animal likely looks worse and is tougher to gauge.

Jerking off a dog is simply as having him starting to hump something and just not stopping him. He'll continue and get off.

Fuckinging a female usually takes flagging, courting, postures, exchanging signals. You can just jam it in, and that's pretty morally bad, but if you set aside the time, she'll offer all the visual ques that she's sexually aroused and needs relief.

TL;DR - Neither are morally bad, but it's easier for fucking a female animal to go wrong and become morally bad.
