Recovering skeleton here, I'm still nothing special yet but I escaped Auschwitz mode and I'm very gradually starting to work on getting /fit/. "Just eat haha" isn't just a meme, force yourself to eat a few calories extra a day until you manage to fight your way up to a more average calorie intake. When your body adjusts to eating more, you won't feel as disgusting from eating more than one or two things a day, especially if it's healthy food. Either after or during this process, start doing squats, pushups and crunches, every day adding one extra rep to each exercise. It's much harder for us but it is possible to escape the bone zone and even bulk up, albeit only a little bit
