Jesus christ, I always stay up all night stressing for some fucking random shit, yesterday I felt upset and sad about the terror attack in London wich is weird because I dont give much of a fuck during the day. Anyone knows why?

Anxiety comes on worse at night, for some reason, it was like that for me too.

It still kinda is but less now, its just like how nighttime is when you do a lot of deep thinking or are alone with your mind and dont have many distractions and it can be a bother even to normal people so now someone suffering from anxiety and panic attacks and OCD and it can be hell.
