April '96 here, definitely identify with the things you list as Millennial. Those were the things everyone in my age group cared about too, so as we got in to the Gen Z things you listed I was still trapped in the Millennial stuff. Eventually I got a 360 and reached my peak in the few years after. Then I began the downward spiral I am still in today.
