it's mainly just emotions. i flip constantly, a few times everyday. i get jealous, overthink etcetc. but when i do, i hate myself for it because i know i shouldnt doubt the guy i love so i feel pathetic for doing such a horrible thing... which drives me into a more miserable and self hating state. literally all i need is constant reassurance 24/7. tell me that every other girl is a whore and gross, and that im the only one for u xd

it's basically a cycle.
